Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for briefings, written notes, walkthroughs, and quarterly reviews commissioned from Kernelmesh Hub. This policy does not cover third-party products, software licences, or goods we do not sell.

<h2>Cancellation by you</h2>
<ul>
  <li><strong>More than five working days</strong> before a live briefing or before preparation starts on a written note: full refund of fees paid for that item.</li>
  <li><strong>Two to five working days</strong> before: fifty percent refund, or a single free reschedule within thirty days.</li>
  <li><strong>Fewer than two working days</strong>, or failure to attend (no-show): no refund. We may offer a paid reschedule at our discretion.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Work already started</h2>
<p>Once preparation for a named market has begun, fees for that preparation are non-refundable even if you later cancel the live session. We will still send any unfinished notes already drafted if you request them.</p>

<h2>Written notes</h2>
<p>If you cancel before we confirm that drafting has started, a full refund applies. After drafting starts, refunds are limited to unused add-ons (for example a cancelled follow-up call) and not the note fee itself.</p>

<h2>Deposits and retainers</h2>
<p>Calendar retainers for quarterly reviews are refundable for unused future quarters if cancelled with twenty working days’ notice before the next review window. The quarter already in preparation is charged in full.</p>

<h2>Rescheduling</h2>
<p>One complimentary reschedule is allowed when you give at least two working days’ notice. Further reschedules may incur a £75 administration fee.</p>

<h2>Cancellation by us</h2>
<p>If we must cancel for illness or diary conflict, you may choose a full refund or a new date at no extra cost.</p>

<h2>Refund method and timing</h2>
<p>Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten working days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.</p>

<h2>How to request a refund</h2>
<p>Email contact@kernelmesh-hub.digital with your booking reference, the service name, and the reason. You may also call +44 161 555 6520. We confirm the outcome in writing.</p>

<h2>Exceptions</h2>
<p>If deliverables were completed and sent as agreed, fees are not refundable merely because market prices later moved against a position you held. Mild dissatisfaction with analytical conclusions is not itself grounds for a refund; material failure to deliver the agreed scope is.</p>
