<p>We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver briefings, invoice, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. Lawful bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.</p>

<h2>Retention</h2>
<p>Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer engagement relationship continues. Invoices and related records are retained for six years to meet accounting requirements. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically fourteen months or less.</p>

<h2>Sharing</h2>
<p>We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if accepted) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.</p>

<p>If a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses where required.</p>
